| I'm extremely pleased that I went to this place. It was recommended by AAA when I needed a repair with my car. AAA towed my vehicle there and Oscar was extremely careful and detail oriented with my car. They offered solutions and got the work done in a timely manner and were very friendly. |

| Always great service, to the vehicle & as a customer despite the ongoing challenges we are all facing with COVID-19. We have been taking our '08 Nissan here for regular maintenance for about 2-3 years & just began bringing our '16 Nissan. They are always personable & you feel a sense of safety hopping in your car & taking it back on the road after it's been serviced by the friendly, knowledgeable people at Connie & Dick's :) |

| Professional and competent staff. I had a starting issues for nearly a year which no other repair place could seem to repair. Now I find myself shocked when it starts up the first time. I was notified of the nature of the issue and the repairs were completed quickly. |

| When a part which they installed on my Avalon turned out to be defective, they took the car back, loaned me a car, and replaced the part without questioning the need or haggling with me about the cost of the part or their additional labor. They made good on their guarantee. I appreciate that. |

| I took my Camaro SS to 3 shops who couldn't figure out why my car was shaking bad above 40mph. Not only did some of them keep it for days but after all was done and said - they tell me they STILL couldn't figure it out. One of those 'shops' was Riverside Chevrolet Service Dept. They actually told me the car was fixed but since they couldn't figure out how, they didn't charge me. The car wasn't fixed... this issue was more apparent during the cold morning hours, and was much less apparent in the afternoon. As soon as I drove it again in the morning, the same issue was there... glad I didn't pay them one dime! I finally took it to Connie & Dick's. I should have brought it to them first... It would have saved me much anger and frustration. C&D had the issue figured out in under 8hrs, and had the car fixed and returned to me the next day. Awesome job guys! The car feels firmer than it did before the lower control arm bushing replacements. Feels brand new again. Full confidence regained, I give you 5 stars and will see you and recommend you in the future. |
