| Great service, great personnel, very friendly and super clean, organized shop. Oscar and his team were very professional and thorough. The only reason for not rating them a FIVE is that they're a little too pricey. |

| Pros: They have all the gadgets to make their shop feel very modern which is nice. They'll show you pictures on an ipad of what they found in your vehicle, and having a digital log of everything they went through. I went here because I wanted the diagnosis to come from a shop using the best technology and they give that impression. Shop is very clean and looks professional. Cons: For me personally, they seem hard to work with. I know I'm not a mechanic and I'm sure they get a ton of people thinking they know what's best, but I told them I thought a noise was coming from a very specific part and they didn't even try looking there. I spent the weekend fixing the part myself since they didn't seem to want to listen to my suggestion. During their inspection, they noticed the battery hold down hardware was missing. I appreciated them letting me know, but they quoted me a $700 fix for a new battery, battery tray, hold down, and labor. I declined and bought a hold down off amazon for $12 and fixed it in about 10 minutes. The battery tray was perfectly fine. I consider this a high end shop. If you have an expensive car that you don't trust with grungier mechanics and you want someone else to make all the decisions for your car repair, then this is the place for you. Otherwise I would suggest finding somewhere cheaper. |

| Shop Comment Not sure what was up with this review, the vehicle's tires were very chopped up. One front and one rear shock was clearly leaking, they declined tires, shocks and alignment and asked us to only balance and align the vehicle. |
