| As a recent widow I was apprehensive bringing my car in for a maintenance check and to have my trunk issue fixed. Sarah (hope I remembered) at the front desk was warm and assuaged my fears immediately! Car needed a lot of work and I appreciated the extent to which she explained it all to me with actual photos! I needed a drive home and enjoyed talking with the young woman, a military Vet. Loved dealing with Women!! I?ll be back soon to have my trunk repaired. ????????? |

| C & D are first and foremost, top notch mechanics. I only wish I had found them years ago. But second, the customer service is terrific. My 2001 Mercedes required 2-weeks in the shop and I was provided a ?loaner car? for the duration. Their convenient location in downtown Claremont is welcomed as well. That?s service. |

| I am very happy with all the service work performed by Connie & Dick's. They communicate well and always give you a detailed list of what needs to be repaired and the cost estimate before they do any work. They take pictures of everything and include it in the invoice which is very handy. |

| C & D is much more than just a "mechanic". They are extremely knowledgeable, detailed in what they are providing and above all, the consummate professionals. I have been going to C & D now for 10 years and I refuse to even consider anyone else. Do yourself a favor: If your vehicle needs work, go to C & D Service Center. Oscar is World Class in his profession and I rely on him not only to oversee what is going on with my vehicle, I get sound advice from him regarding my vehicle. Hands down, the best around. Dont even think twice. Google rejected their full name for "profanity" hence the C & D |

| Lots of mysterious trouble with my Chrysler 300. Connie and Dtook in my car 3 times and continued To try to find the cause. They did NOT charge me repeatedly for diagnostic tests! AND the very knowledgeable Oscar told me that when my car dies again to call him first! Before towing!!! Amazing!!! |

| Meagan is SO knowledgeable and also incredibly skilled at communicating the nuts and bolts of car repair. They ended up helping me with a AAA multi-point inspection for a car I was purchasing and they went above and beyond with letting me know what was great with the car and what still needed attention from the dealership before driving the car home. Also, they were the best value in the area and was well worth the money to have the peace of mind! Thank you for being a trust-worthy mechanic and service center - so hard to find! |
