| Connie & Dick's shop came up when I googled for A/C specialist near me. Am I glad I discovered the shop. Very professional and most important a 5-star quality service. |

| Problem: My Honda Fit would not start. Had it towed to C & D and they diagnosed the problem as a faulty fuel pump. They replaced the pump quickly and had me on my way. Two days later Two days later the car started to display a "check engine" light and the fuel gauge became erratic. Back to C & D the car went. The problem was identified as a failed "retainer ring" that held the pump in place. This was no fault of the mechanic, but rather a failure of a Honda OEM replacement part. The part was replaced and again, I was on my way quickly. This was a difficult problem for C & D because they had to absorb the labor fee to replace the bad fuel pump even though it was not their problem. They did this graciously and professionally; and I will continue to use them for this very reason. Thank you Scott and Oscar !! |

| I am extremely grateful that Mark referred Connie and Dick?s! I?m from Colorado so I had no clue who I would go to in an emergency situation. Thankfully, when I called (even though they had already closed for the day) Oscar was extremely helpful and got my vehicle in and taken care of immediately. I also got to meet the owner, Scott. They all did amazing. I recommended them to a woman I met at the hotel and would definitely suggest if you want a job well done and honest people/work, go to CONNIE and DICK?S! |

Automotive, of Pomona/La Verne, which serviced multiple BMWs for me for years. Connie & Dick's recently brought my Focus ST back to as-new, and maximized my maintenance budget for results. |

| Fast and efficient. Had a appointment an they were ready for me when I arrived. Technician checked out everything and advised me of what was going to need future replacement without trying to sell me something. I would recommend this shop . |

| Highly recommend getting service from the professionals here as I've been using them for all my cars, even for older cars. They are knowledgeable; can diagnose/find and fix problems; and give a detailed ckecklist and receipt. The personnel are so nice too. Thank you for all the years of service, from oil changes to electronics. |

| C&D is our go-to mechanic for our vehicles because they are detail-oriented and know how to care for both older vehicles with over 100K miles and newer vehicles (when Dealership lines are too long or Dealers don't actually perform the requisite services!) They listen, they drive the vehicles to ensure they're ready to return to customer, and always top off fluids. We appreciate their knowledge and their location, easy to reach off the 10 or via Arrow Hwy. |
