| We got a free welcome package for the oil change and multiple points check-up at the first visit. Then two problems were located for service, battery and cabin air-filter, which were changed for new parts. The work was done within a reasonable time and the cost was reasonable. We were offered to have a ride home and came back to pick up the car during the service. We were happy with the service and will return in the future. We will highly recommend the service center to our friends. |

| I love the personalized and honest service here. Before I switched to Connie and Dick?s many years ago, I had always dreaded taking my car in for servicing because 1) I had to brace myself for someone trying to sell me services I didn?t need, and 2) the staff was a rotating door - different people every time I went. At Connie and Dick?s it?s always Oscar and Richie. I can?t tell you how reassuring it is to always see a familiar face. And I know I?m never being told to do things I don?t need to do to my car. I so appreciate the photos that I?m emailed while work is being done, so that if they do find something else that needs to be serviced, I can actually see what they?re talking about, and I know they?re not trying to pull one over on me. I will never go anywhere else to have my car serviced! |
